MICHIGAN HONEY HOLE FISHING CHARTERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THE TERMS AND 

CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND 

MICHIGAN HONEY HOLE FISHING CHARTERS.

1.     I understand this transaction is not refundable under any circumstance.

2.     I understand if I’m not at the meeting location on time the trip will be canceled.

3.     I understand to reschedule my trip I must notify the captain at least 168 hours 

(7 days) prior to the scheduled start time.

4.     I understand ALL outstanding credits including gift cards expire on November 30^th proceeding purchase and are not transferable to future years.

5.     I understand I’m responsible for paying the replacement cost of any property damaged by myself aboard the vessel.

6.     I understand it is my responsibility to inform any other participants about these terms and conditions.

7.     I understand and agree to the Cancelation Policy.

8.     I understand and agree to the Guarantee Policy.

9.     I understand and agree to the Liability Policy.

Cancelation Policy: If the Captain makes a reasonable attempt to contact the Client for confirmation and does not receive a response from the Client 24 hours prior to the trip's scheduled start time, the trip will be canceled with no refund and no option to reschedule. If the Client cuts the trip short for any reason the trip will be canceled with no refund and no option to reschedule. If the Captain cuts the trip short for any reason the Client can reschedule within the current fishing season, no refund will be issued. If the Captain cancels the trip for any reason including but not limited to bad weather the Client can only reschedule within the current fishing season, no refund will be issued. 

Guarantee Policy "Guaranteed Fish Or Your Next Trip Free" Under this guarantee a qualifying fish is defined as any species, regardless of size, caught by any Client or the Captain. If no fish are caught the Client can only reschedule within the current fishing season, no refund will be issued. This guarantee is not transferable to future years. 

Liability Policy: The Client is responsible for informing all participants of Michigan Honey Hole Fishing Charter’s Terms And Conditions. The Client can not hold the Captain responsible for any risks or hazards including personal injuries or death. The Client releases the Captain from any liability for any illegal actions taken by themselves on the vessel. The Client releases the Captain from any liability associated with failure to properly obtain a Michigan Fishing License. Photos of the Client can be used by the Captain for any purpose. The Client understands The Captain has the right to amend these Terms And Conditions without prior notice.
